2. Ordering
Once you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details about the products, price, billing, and delivery address. If there is any mistake in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at hello@naughtypanda.se. You can also use our contact form: https://naughtypanda.se/pages/contact
Payment is processed at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.
3. Delivery
Our standard delivery times are 1-5 days. Note that orders placed on weekends will be dispatched at the earliest on the following Monday. If delays occur in the delivery (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at hello@naughtypanda.se.
Shipping cost within Sweden: Cost starts from SEK 45,00 up to SEK 79,00.
Free shipping within Sweden on orders over SEK 899,00.
Shipping cost to rest of EU: Cost starts from SEK 99,00 up to SEK 269,00.
Free shipping within rest of EU on orders over SEK 1 499,00.
4. Unclaimed shipments
Most shipments that cannot be delivered directly to the mailbox end up at a pick-up point for collection. The shipment remains there for 7 days before being returned to us.
For unclaimed shipments returned to us, we charge a return shipping and handling fee. The amount is deducted from the refund amount, and in cases where the order amount is less than the fee, no refund is made.

5. Prices
All prices in the store are in SEK unless otherwise stated and include VAT within the EU. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to correct the price.
6. Discounts and offers
Discounts and offers cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated on our website.
If you return products, it may result in no longer meeting the specific conditions required for the discount or offer. This might mean you need to return any associated gifts or that you no longer qualify for a certain discount. If you no longer meet the criteria for a gift due to a return and choose not to return the gift, we will deduct its value from your refund amount.
7. Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the time you receive a product that you have ordered.
7.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
- You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The message should be sent to hello@naughtypanda.se. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return applies to. You can also use our contact form: https://naughtypanda.se/pages/contact
- You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Thildir AB, Nygårdsvägen 2K, 21853 Klagshamn, Sweden.
- You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return, so the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging. - We will wait with the refund until we have received the item back from you or until you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
- We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation in value compared to the product’s original value in case of a used or damaged product.
- If you exercise your right of withdrawal for all items in an order, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. However, we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery options, not any additional costs incurred from choosing a different delivery method. Our standard delivery options are the least expensive choices available at checkout.
- If you exercise your right of withdrawal for only some items in an order, we will not refund delivery, handling, or payment costs unless you have paid an additional mandatory fee specifically for the item(s) being returned.
- You may, but are not required to, use the specific withdrawal form created by the Swedish Consumer Agency. You can find it here (in Swedish).
7.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been sealed (packaged) for health or hygiene reasons and the seal (packaging) has been broken by you.
- Products that are of the nature of sealed audio or video recordings and the seal has been broken by you.
- Custom-made products that have been tailored specifically for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
- Services that have been fully completed and you have explicitly agreed to the service starting without a right of withdrawal.
- Goods that can deteriorate quickly, such as food.
- Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

8. Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for 3 years unless otherwise stated. If the full amount of the gift card is not used in a single transaction, the remaining value will remain on the card for future purchases as long as it is within the validity period. If the value on the gift card is less than the total order amount, an additional payment method will be required to cover the difference.
Gift cards come with a 14-day right of withdrawal. If the gift card has been partially used before exercising your right of withdrawal, you are only entitled to a partial refund. If the gift card was purchased at a discount, you are only entitled to a refund of the actual amount paid, which will be further reduced if the gift card has already been partially used.
Once the right of withdrawal has passed, the gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Complaints and feedback
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or wrongly dispatched upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
9.1 How to proceed with a complaint:

- If we are unable to rectify the fault or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping for approved complaints.
- We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow the guidelines from the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se.
10. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

11. Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility for indirect damage that may occur due to the product. We accept no responsibility for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor conflict, fire, war, government decision, reduced or non-delivery from suppliers. Furthermore, we take no responsibility for any changes to products/product features changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
12. Product Information
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.
13. Information About Cookies
According to the Electronic Information Act, visitors to a website must be informed for privacy purposes that cookies are used. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user's browsing. A cookie is a small text file that the website you visit requests to save on your computer to provide access to various functions. It is possible to set your browser to automatically refuse cookies. 14. Personal Data
By shopping with Naughty Panda/Thildir AB, you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. We care about your privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or transfer your information to third parties without a legal basis. Naughty Panda/Thildir AB is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to be able to handle your order as well as in those instances where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers - to be able to tailor the marketing to your individual needs.
Below is a summary of how we, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), store and process your data.
14.1 What is personal data?
- Personal data is any information that directly or indirectly can be attributed to a natural person.
14.2 What data do we store?
- To handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.
- Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example, to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation such as the Accounting Act.
14.3 Legal basis
- In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to complete the agreement with you.
- Marketing, promotions, and similar mailings occur with your consent.
14.4 What data is shared and for what purpose?
14.4.1 Payment Provider
- When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. The information stored is first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal identification number is also saved with the payment provider. The information is saved to carry out the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.
- The payment providers we use are: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.
14.4.2 Shipping Company
- To deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. The information shared with the shipping company is first name, last name, and address details for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification purposes.
- The shipping companies we collaborate with are: DHL and Postnord.
14.4.3 Newsletter
- If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
- We use Klaviyo for sending newsletters.
14.5 Right of Access
- You have the right to request extracts of all information that we have about you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.
14.6 Right to Rectification
- You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or complete information that is incomplete.
14.7 The Right to be Forgotten
- You can request that the information about you be deleted at any time. There are few exceptions to the right to deletion, such as if it must be retained for us to fulfill a legal obligation (for example, according to the Accounting Act).
14.8 Data Protection Officer
- Naughty Panda/Thildir AB is responsible for storing and processing personal data in the online store and ensuring that the rules are followed.
14.9 How we protect your personal data
- We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process, and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords securely.
- We use a platform called Shopify, with a data storage hosting location within the EU.
15. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The amended terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.
16. Disputes and Law Choice
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see arn.se. For residents of another EU country than Sweden, complaints can be submitted online via the EU Commission's platform for mediation in disputes, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms, Swedish law shall apply.
